<p>About the Role: The Carrier Relations Analyst II is responsible for providing research, audits, reports and recommendations regarding off-net Vendors and their services. What You'll Do:</p> <p>Source and evaluate optimal off-net vendors to support the company's telecommunications solutions. Review and validate vendor off-net inventory in Salesforce, reconciling against invoices and contracts. Develop and deliver vendor performance reports and analytics across key metrics. Maintain accurate vendor data, including maps, building lists, contact details, and escalation paths. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to recommend optimization strategies and ensure data integrity. Partner with Finance to validate vendor invoices and ensure proper account coding. Identify and execute opportunities for off-net consolidation and optimization. Support vendor audits and data validation initiatives. Serve as primary liaison with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and service-related issues.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>BS or BA Degree required or comparable experience. 3 years' experience preferred in purchasing, cost management, or data analysis. Experience in access planning, network provisioning, or network planning highly valued. Experience with financial planning, reporting, and tracking highly valued. Experience with contracts is highly valued. Experience with GIS packages such as Google Earth, MapPoint or Map Info. Experience with SalesForce. Knowledge of telecom terminology and products - Ethernet, Voice, Waves, SD WAN, Dark Fiber, Colocation. Experience working with telecom vendors, their products, their portals, their processes and footprints. Highly organized. Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Relationship management - ability to develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships. Strong negotiating and deal making skills. Presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.</p>
