<p>BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time, dynamic and caring Early Intervention Speech Language Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide home and/or community-based services to infants, toddlers and their families to enhance the child's growth and development.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities: ?Provide direct intervention services to the child/caregiver in natural environments (home or community) ?Develop, implement and review Individualized Family Service Plans tailored to each child's needs ?Educate and support families by providing strategies to promote development in everyday activities ?Plan and participate in child group services ?Collaborate with other professionals and provide consultations in area of expertise ?Monitor and document progress toward child/family outcomes ?Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations</p> <p>Qualifications: ?Massachusetts licensure as an SPLA required ?2 years experience working with young children, with a focus on birth to three ?Knowledge of child development milestones ?Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams ?Current CPR and First Aid certification ?Valid driver's license and dependable transportation</p> <p>Benefits: ?Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ?Health, dental, life insurance, etc ?Generous time off and flexible scheduling ?Supportive and collaborative work environment</p>
