<p>Description</p> <p>The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and employee training/development. The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in meeting the goals of the company related to customer service, branch profitability and safety. As a Branch Manager, you will work with your team members to provide reliable and exceptional service to our customers.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse and showroom </li><li>Guide all operational functions and activities of the branch </li><li>Ensure high levels of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction are achieved by the branch </li><li>Manage/improve productivity and efficiency at all levels </li><li>Sustain a clean and safe working environment for all employees </li><li>Assist Human Resources with recruiting and onboarding process </li><li>Stay knowledgeable on technical developments and changes in product lines </li><li>Monitor competitive threats and discuss proper response with Operations Manager </li><li>Understand and report P&L information for the company location </li><li>Lead a diversified work force </li><li>Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors, vendors, and employees </li><li>Manage staff and assign duties accordingly </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of operational experience required, preferably within the HVAC industry </li><li>Associate degree in business or related field preferred </li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and operate warehouse machinery is required </li><li>2-3 years of managerial experience preferred </li><li>Proven success in sales, operations, or purchasing </li><li>Strong inventory management skills to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask </li><li>High level of organization and follow through </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of Prophet 21 is preferred </li></ul>
