<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce in Maryland Heights, MO.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a high-impact billing modernization project integrating with legacy systems. This individual must hit the ground running-diving into extensive project documentation and recorded meetings-and begin delivering immediately. The role will focus on process analysis, and leading integration efforts through detailed documentation, user stories, wireframes, and impact analysis.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review and interpret project recordings and extensive documentation to gain full context quickly </li><li>Lead the development of user stories, process flows, impact analysis, and wireframes for Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations </li><li>Conduct dependency tracking and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders </li><li>Translate complex integration requirements between Salesforce/MuleSoft and ICOMS/CSG billing systems into actionable deliverables </li><li>Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align priorities and manage competing interests </li><li>Ensure deliverables follow Agile best practices, including INVEST criteria for user stories </li><li>Support end-to-end documentation including functional requirements and as-is/to-be process flows </li><li>Utilize JIRA for backlog grooming, story tracking, and sprint planning </li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the central liaison between business and development teams* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system integrations </li><li>Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments </li><li>Strong experience writing user stories, building process flows, and performing impact analyses </li><li>Experience using JIRA for story management and dependency tracking </li><li>Deep familiarity with Salesforce data structure and/or MuleSoft integration architecture </li><li>Demonstrated ability to wireframe new features or systems </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-able to coordinate across multiple workstreams with competing priorities </li><li>Ability to self-start and rapidly assimilate project knowledge without handholding </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in integrating with ICOMS and/or CSG billing systems </li><li>Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) </li><li>Familiarity with Lucidchart, MS Visio, or similar tools for process mapping </li><li>Telecommunications billing experience </li></ul>
