This position is tailored for someone with a growth mindset and a dedication to safety and quality compliance. You will receive specialized training in Large Power Transformer Manufacturing as well as cross-train in new processes as you progress in your job role. You will gain outstanding and valuable skills that will set you apart in the world of Large Power Transformers.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Operating ovens for the drying process of transformer active parts and process monitoring </li><li>Performing periodic inspection of the equipment and monitoring its maintenance requirements according to the machine specifications and technical standards </li><li>Operation and control of vacuum pumps for the vacuum process for transformer oil filling, and control of filters and other equipment for oil treatment process </li><li>Performing quality checks, process monitoring and documentation </li><li>Planning and reviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-established production plan and manufacturing standards. </li><li>Responsible to fulfill and/or to support to fulfill all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.]. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>High school degree or equivalent with relevant experience operating ovens for the drying process of transformer active parts and process monitoring. </li><li>Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test on reading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local community colleges </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Other Key Requirements:</p> <p>Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests, as well as be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions in English.</p> <p>Must be willing to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-job training for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area of training.
