<p>If you have what it takes to become part of the Vistra family and would like to start a promising career with a global leader, take a look at the exciting employment opportunities that are currently available and apply online.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Dry Cask Storage Supervisor will be responsible for managing Fleet dry cask storage projects including DOE reimbursement support/validation, procedure document processing, engineering design coordination, customer/vendor interface, oversight of supplemental personnel, contract oversight, and adherence to project schedule/milestones.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Executes the Fleet's dry cask storage loading campaigns and ensures the appropriate resources for Vistra management oversight of contractors are provided as required during loading campaigns. </li><li>Provides overall dry cask campaign planning, scheduling, and oversight for the Fleet. </li><li>Ensures all dry cask storage ancillary equipment is tested and prepared for the campaign. </li><li>Provides lessons learned to Manager, Dry Cask and industry user groups. </li><li>Reviews cask vendor licensing documents for incorporation into Fleet Program. </li><li>Maintain DCS procedures and engineering design documentation current IAW the Certificates of Compliance per 10 CFR Part 71, 10 CFR Part 72 and UFSAR. </li><li>Evaluates, incorporates and maintains OE related to Dry Cask Storage projects. </li><li>Supervises contract employees during dry cask storage campaign </li><li>Travel to all four Vistra nuclear sites - 50% travel </li></ul> <p>Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School degree/equivalent required </li><li>10 or more years related nuclear experience </li><li>Supervisor/Project experience with Dry Cask Storage projects </li><li>Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera </li><li>Experience/knowledge of Dry Cask Storage Systems </li></ul> <p>Key Metrics</p> <ul> <li>Safety Excellence </li><li>Teamwork </li><li>Operational Excellence </li><li>Problem solving/Decision making </li><li>Results Orientation </li><li>Technical Conscience </li></ul> <p>Job Family</p> <p>Plant Operations</p> <p>Company</p> <p>Vistra Nuclear Operations Company</p> <p>Locations</p> <p>Oak Harbor, Ohio</p> <p>Ohio</p> <p>We are a company of people committed to: Exceeding Customer Expectations, Great People, Teamwork, Competitive Spirit and Effective Communication.
