<p>Overview</p> <p>Kimley-Horn is looking for a summer Information Technology (IT) Intern in our Denver, Colorado (CO) office. This is an office-based role at 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Daily IT support of our office while shadowing IT Analysts </li><li>Work with both local and regional IT teams to deliver IT support services to a national consultant engineering firm </li><li>IT interns have a passion for technology, a business mindset, a customer service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to work with others </li><li>Prioritize, troubleshoot/resolve problems and follow-through with internal clients </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>In the process of receiving Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related fields </li><li>Previous experience in customer service </li><li>Understand Windows 10 and be able to configure and troubleshoot PC level problems </li><li>Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 Install and support enterprise applications </li><li>Ability to install new printers/copiers/plotters and other office equipment </li><li>Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills </li><li>High aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies </li><li>Efficiently working to solve problems and explain solutions </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CAD/Engineering applications MCP or A+ or Network+ or Cisco CCNA Certification is a plus </li><li>Mobile device configuration and use (iPads, Smartphones) </li><li>Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams and OneDrive for business, Exchange 365, Windows Server 2016, Active Directory, Networking fundamentals </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $22-$23/hr</p> <p>Why Kimley-Horn?</p> <p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
