You are skilled and experienced in modern software and platform engineering approaches and practices Delivers in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients</p> <ul> <li>Delivers client projects as the functional lead /process lead roles in domain of experience </li><li>Translates business requirements into core functional and technical requirements </li><li>Supports sales and solutioning in the domain of experience - PLM and Engineering </li><li>Develops relevant assets, offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering </li><li>Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liaise with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings. </li><li>In-depth working and understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas, PTC, Siemens, or Dassault systems experience preferred. </li><li>Co-develops cases, assets & solutions with business teams </li><li>Enables transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more. </li><li>Develops and manages global teams in the functional and technical PLM and engineering space </li><li>Delivers quality system implementations on time and within budget </li><li>Understands core implementation methodologies and the pros/cons of working with each: Waterfall & Agile </li><li>Implements program management principles </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's You need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years Program Management experience </li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience within PLM space leading large scale client delivery programs </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points if:</p> <ul> <li>Strong digital transformation knowledge and ability to lead client decisions </li><li>Strong team and client leadership and communication skills </li><li>Additional experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, Engineering Change Management, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space </li><li>Excellent understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
