<p>Position Title: Statewide Health Access Program Coordinator</p> <p>Classification: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Reports to: Regional Health Access Manager</p> <p>Salary Rate:</p> <p>Level 1 (Entry level up to 2 years of direct experience): $24.04 per hour</p> <p>Level II (3+ years of direct experience): $25.19 per hour</p> <p>Bilingual premium for qualifying languages is 3.5% higher than starting salary if pass bilingual exam on first week of hire.</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>At Colorado Health Network (CHN), we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. If so, we would love to hear from you!</p> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>____</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>Why Work at CHN?</p> <p>As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a competitive benefits package, which includes:</p> <ul> <li>Health & Wellness Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Employee only share of health insurance premium is 100% paid for by CHN </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous leave policy (at the end of one year full time employee accrue 3 weeks of PTO), 13 paid holidays, up to 2 floating holidays, and 1 day of wellness time (all time off benefits for part time employees are prorated based on the number of hours scheduled per week). </li><li>Retirement Savings: 403(b) plan with employer matching $1 for $1 up to 3% and $0.50 on the $1 for 4 and 5% </li><li>Education & Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement and access to ongoing learning opportunities </li><li>Additional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Spending Account (H SA), Voluntary, EAP </li><li>STD, LTD and Basic Life 100% paid for by CHN. </li><li>Eligible for Federal Loan Forgiveness Program </li></ul> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for coordinating aspects of the State Drug Assistance Program (SDAP) with an emphasis on client enrollment with health insurance plans, eligibility, and assisting clients in navigating medical insurance.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Inform clients and the public about Colorado's State Drug Assistance Program (SDAP) and changes related to healthcare reform </li><li>Work with statewide AIDS Service Organizations and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to troubleshoot aspects of the Health Access Programs </li><li>Complete program enrollment appointments with Health Access Program clients </li><li>Assist with client enrollment in private health insurance plans through Connect for Health Colorado, Colorado Medicaid, and Medicare </li><li>Assist clients in the completion of paperwork required for program participation </li><li>Collect, process, and compile data for client paperwork </li><li>Coordinate invoice processing and bill payments for clients enrolled in program </li><li>Work with partnering clinics and pharmacy staff to troubleshoot client issues with accessing health insurance and medications </li><li>Data entry for entering or updating client and payment information </li><li>Serve as a resource for clients regarding health insurance and healthcare access </li><li>Maintain positive relationships with clients and community partners </li></ul> <p>Must be able to work in a diverse setting with diverse populations, including persons living with HIV, the LGBTQ+ community, persons of various ethnic backgrounds, disenfranchised communities.</p> <p>Participation in training related to HIV, substance use, harm reduction, trauma informed care and related issues.
