Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.</p> <p>Core Values</p> <ul> <li>Tenacity </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Positive Attitude </li><li>Servant's Heart </li></ul> <p>Availability Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time </li><li>Saturday availability IS REQUIRED </li><li>This is not a Monday-Friday only position </li><li>Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits Include:</p> <ul> <li>A fun work environment where you can positively influence others </li><li>Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) </li><li>Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders </li><li>Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals </li><li>Scholarship opportunities </li><li>Employee Discount </li><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Paid Training </li></ul> <p>General Team Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep </li><li>Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say "My Pleasure" </li><li>Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training </li><li>Complete assigned opening and closing tasks </li><li>Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times </li><li>Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant </li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and team members </li><li>Display a professional, positive attitude at all times </li><li>Adhere to dress code and appearance standards </li><li>Maintain a clean, welcoming environment </li><li>Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally </li><li>Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead shifts, coach team members, and model excellent service </li><li>Support daily operations with urgency and attention to detail </li><li>Build emotional connections with guests </li><li>Train new hires, run shift huddles, and ensure smooth open/close procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor guidelines </li><li>Foster a fun, caring, and high-performance team environment </li><li>Complete daily setup sheets and plan for success </li><li>Demonstrates urgency and willingness to correct all issues </li><li>Complete daily and weekly checklists </li><li>Ensure compliance with Ecosure, health department, labor laws, Pathway/ORG procedures and operator goals </li><li>Manages and coaches food safety best practices </li><li>Manages labor laws specific to Minor laws and Employee breaks </li><li>Manage daily labor cost to achieve a remarkable guest experience and labor % </li><li>Manage daily food cost </li><li>Manage Maintenance costs </li><li>Demonstrates Care for equipment, proper maintenance, and reports any issues immediately </li><li>Uses BOH systems (AHA, LEAN, Breading iPads) to ensure operational success. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Ability to complete daily and weekly checklists to reach specific goals </li><li>Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members </li><li>Strong commitment to superior customer service </li><li>Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility </li><li>Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred. </li><li>Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service </li><li>Cheerful, positive, and customer-focused attitude </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively </li><li>Works well independently and as part of a team </li><li>Receptive to constructive feedback and growth-minded </li><li>Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative </li><li>Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays) </li><li>Able to lift 5-50 lbs and stand for extended periods </li></ul> <p>Location: Chick-fil-A Highland Commons - 4A Highland Commons E, Hudson, MA 01749</p> <p>Join us at Chick-fil-A and be part of a loving and enthusiastic team that values your growth and development.
