<p>The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is seeking a Unit Checker to join our growing team!</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Drive to and from job sites in assigned territory. </li><li>Complete pre-flight of projects; including pictures, identified hazards, and any other items that might be required by the General Foreman to determine the project viability. </li><li>Properly unitize all projects which includes pre-unitizing all locations, reporting all estimates to General Foreman, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Superintendent, post-unitizing all locations </li><li>Work with facilitators to get signed ASBUILT </li><li>Create partial and final billing packages in alignment with customer requirements including pictures, signed prints, crew information and work packages </li><li>Create partial and final AR billing packages which includes proper job numbers, crew information, and signed prints </li><li>Record and submit all Hydaker-Wheatlake and Utility (customer) documentation. </li><li>Ensure that all safety policies, rules, and regulations are followed. </li><li>Act as a representative of The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company in the community. </li><li>Maintain harmonious relations with everyone associated to The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company's projects. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred 2-5 years of experience in Electrical Construction </li><li>Preferred DTE Unitization Experience </li><li>High school degree or equivalent </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Proficient with Adobe PDF Editor </li></ul>
