<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The mission of the Wholesale Sales Admin is to assist with Wholesale administrative tasks in a timely manner, coupled with a meticulous approach to tasks and attention to detail to guarantee accurate data entry and smooth administrative operations.</p> <p>IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR WHOLESALE SALES ADMIN:</p> <ul> <li>You will input PO information into Order Summaries, ensuring information is up to date and correct </li><li>You will raise PO's for Wholesale orders in line with the ranging calendar timelines </li><li>Communicating with Vendors and the Wholesale Manager on order updates, you will ensure production timelines are upkept and all data integrity is accurate </li><li>You will upload templates for ranges per retailer and assist with tag ordering when required </li><li>You will check in with vendors weekly for delivery timelines and respond to vendor email enquiries in a prompt manner </li><li>Ensuring all trackers and summaries are up to date and accurate, you will communicate any order updates to respective internal and external teams </li></ul> <p>COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders </li><li>Organization and attention to detail are essential </li><li>Data maintenance experience is strongly preferred </li><li>Shopify experience is a nice to have </li></ul> <p>SALARY BANDING: 60k-65k</p>
