Ultimately, we strive to positively impact the people and communities we serve worldwide.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) supports individual business entities by overseeing the execution of the global people strategy based on their respective goals and objectives. This position leads initiatives to attract, retain, reward, develop, and promote top talent in collaboration with business leaders. The VP of HR oversees talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, performance management, professional development, and succession planning programs. This position also oversees payroll processes for accuracy and reducing errors and fraud. The VP of HR coordinates HR sponsored employee engagement events and workshops for all family member companies, bringing employees together for networking, professional development, and promoting the Company culture. This position leads the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits programs, and the total rewards strategy. The VP of HR reports to the Chief Executive Officer. This position demonstrates the company values and supports the Company's mission.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, train, and mentor staff. Identify professional development opportunities and provide performance feedback on an ongoing basis. </li><li>Support individual business entities by overseeing the execution of the global people strategy based on their respective goals and objectives </li><li>Responsible for overseeing payroll processes for accuracy and reducing errors and fraud </li><li>Lead initiatives to attract, retain, reward, develop, and promote top talent in collaboration with business leaders </li><li>Develop employee engagement programs that align with both employee and business needs </li><li>Oversee the talent acquisition function to attract, select, and retain top talent </li><li>Develop and maintain staffing plans </li><li>Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs </li><li>Maintain the total rewards strategy to align with market trends and business goals </li><li>Design and oversee the performance management program, ensuring continuous feedback, employee growth, and alignment with Company objectives. Collaborate with leaders to establish clear performance metrics and foster a results-driven culture. </li><li>Responsible for professional development programs and succession planning </li><li>Oversee the effective implementation and use of HR and Payroll technology to optimize processes and data management </li><li>Lead the HR and Payroll analytics function to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, engagement, labor costs, and workforce planning </li><li>Support the HR and Payroll team to deliver results </li><li>Lead efforts to mitigate organizational risk through sound HR and Payroll policies and practices </li><li>Responsible for elevating the Company culture to maximize team member potential and shape the Company's values </li><li>Maintain a pulse on the employee experience to promote the Company as an employer of choice </li><li>Serve as a strategic resource that is able to look across the entire business to drive change </li><li>Serve as the bridge between team members and the Company </li><li>Coordinate with the Legal Department regarding compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and industry best practices </li><li>Responsible for the Mary Moore Foundation administration </li><li>Coordinate HR sponsored employee engagement events and workshops for all family member companies, bringing employees together for networking, professional development, and promoting the Company culture </li><li>Participate in Shared Services leadership meetings </li><li>Partner with leaders to provide guidance and support regarding HR related matters </li><li>Develop, interpret, and drive compliance with personnel policies </li><li>Facilitate corrective action and performance improvement plans </li><li>Partner with supervisors to facilitate separation of employment processes </li><li>Address team member complaints and lead investigations </li><li>Responsible for creating and maintaining the annual HR budget </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>7 years of experience in leading people strategies and human resources management with increasing level of responsibility </li><li>3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role </li><li>Strong leadership and project management skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Products </li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks </li><li>Expert level written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders </li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion </li><li>Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability and emotional maturity </li><li>High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic </li><li>Adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response </li><li>Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through </li><li>Strong time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail </li><li>Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency </li><li>Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic </li><li>Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team </li><li>Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives </li><li>Willing to grow and be challenged </li><li>Attend conferences and educational programs as needed </li></ul> <p>#Hybrid</p>
