If you seek a company that listens, encourages, and motivates, Techo-Bloc is your next career move.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs, including renowned Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities. </li><li>Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages. </li><li>Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc. </li><li>Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels. </li><li>Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors. Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience. </li><li>Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms. </li><li>Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic; </li><li>Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude; </li><li>Post Secondary Education; </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (Selling or installing); </li><li>Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events and building customer relations </li><li>Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings. </li><li>This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings.
