In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Receives incoming shipments, verify them against purchase orders, inspect for damage and accuracy, and determines where the parts go next. </li><li>Maintains accurate records of inventory, ensuring items are properly received, stored, tracked, and shipped. </li><li>Ensures that material certifications, vendor quality check sheets, and packing slips are filed accordingly in the database. </li><li>Perform inventory transactions on the ERP system. </li><li>Meet production, quality, and accuracy levels as established by business unit. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment </li><li>Will be cross trained in shipping and other areas to fill in when needed. </li><li>Reviews, trouble shoots, and reports inventory discrepancies following company guidelines for inventory management </li><li>Pulling correct parts and delivering them to different assembly areas for production, while maintaining quantitative accuracy. </li><li>Use ERP based software to maintain inventory, including entering parts received and issued. </li><li>Issues parts to jobs for assembly, and production. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, supporting one another effectively as a whole </li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic math skills, and computer proficiency are essential. </li><li>Able to resolve routine problems of typical scope; Analyze complex scenarios; Prioritize job tasks of varying frequency; Perform with limited Supervision. </li><li>Ability to operate and become certified on Powered Industrial Trucks (Pallet Jack, Stock Picker, et al). </li><li>Understands basics of cycle count process. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>Salary is only a part of a well-developed compensation program.
