<p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and providing feedback to ensure top-tier performance and team cohesion. </li><li>Oversee the flow of goods-managing inbound and outbound shipments, inventory organization, and product accuracy within the warehouse. </li><li>Coordinate schedules and resource allocation to meet production goals while maintaining accurate time and productivity records. </li><li>Monitor warehouse performance and prepare regular reports for plant leadership. </li><li>Track key activities such as sales, inventory levels, and purchasing to ensure consistent product availability and workflow efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and oversee the use of warehouse machinery and material handling equipment. </li><li>Act as a key point of contact for team concerns-resolving issues, promoting communication, and fostering a positive work environment. </li><li>Take ownership of special projects as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership. </li><li>Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). </li><li>Strong conflict resolution and communication skills-you're a people-first leader. </li><li>Willingness and ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage (protective gear provided). </li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. or more depending on site requirements. </li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed. </li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels. </li></ul> <p>Join a dynamic team where leadership meets logistics!
