<p>Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing an ArtiFlex Family Company in Stevensville, MI is looking for a CNC Operator/ Assembler to join our close-knit 2nd shift team. This position plays a key role in machining, assembly, and quality control of cast parts. You'll work in a small, supportive team environment where everyone relies on one another to deliver precision, consistency, and high-quality results.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Load castings onto machine fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement </li><li>Assemble components to provide our customers complete, ready to use parts </li><li>Operate CNC machines, start machining cycles, and remove finished parts for inspection or additional operations </li><li>Perform visual and dimensional checks using measuring tools to ensure top-quality standards </li><li>Pack completed parts into specified containers and repeat machining and assembly cycles as required </li><li>Maintain accountability for the quality of your work and report any issues to your Lead or Production Manager </li><li>Accurately complete production documentation, including part types, run hours, and quantities </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Previous CNC operating and/ or assembly experience preferred (we're willing to train the right person) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts </li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform consistent, repeatable work </li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>A team-first attitude - we're a small group that depends on each other to succeed </li></ul> <p>Who you will report to:</p> <ul> <li>2nd Shift Supervisor </li></ul> <p>Shift Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM (4 x 10-hour days) </li></ul> <p>Occasional Overtime: Fridays as needed</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborative, creative and fast-paced office and manufacturing floor. </li><li>Cultivate an employee culture that welcomes you like family. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly and to be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing designs and builds products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be "Innovative.
