We are seeking a Senior High Voltage</p> <p>Electrical Test Engineer to join our state-of-the-art high voltage lab!</p> <p>As a Senior High Voltage Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and</p> <p>evaluating the performance of our cutting-edge circuit protection devices for a</p> <p>variety of applications. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity</p> <p>to work on exciting projects and collaborate closely with a team of talented</p> <p>engineers to develop the latest advancements in circuit protection device</p> <p>technologies across both automotive and emerging industries.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop test plans, procedures, and protocols for cutting-edge new and existing circuit protection devices for a variety of applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute high-voltage electrical and short circuit tests to evaluate performance, safety and durability of fuses and other circuit protection products.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and interpret test data and waveforms and create comprehensive test reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback to product development teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve testing methods.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance on the test equipment, maintain safety procedures, update risk assessments and operating procedures for the high voltage labs.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the design/implementation of any improvements in the high voltage labs along with being the technical expert for ongoing initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (5+ years of experience)</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of electrical circuit design and data acquisition with</p> </li><li> <p>specialization in power electronics and/or programming.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to test, diagnose and repair various electrical setups and circuits.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in operation of oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in operation of oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to identify and implement efficient paths of action to complete assigned tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced knowledge in MS office.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with global manufacturing companies </li><li>Experience with Labview (or other automation software) </li><li>Knowledge of PLCs and related software </li></ul> <p>#LIOB1</p> <p>Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all final employment decisions will be made by a person.</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$88,500 - $137,100</p> <p>The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.</p> <p>At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
