<p>About Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group (PSEG)</p> <p>PSEG is a specialized division within Pritchard Industries, one of the nation's leading facility services providers. We deliver janitorial, event staffing, and operational support services to stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and live entertainment venues across the U.S. Our clients include major league sports teams, high-profile concert venues, and nationally recognized convention spaces. We are seeking to hire a Divisional Vice President of Sales to join our organization.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Divisional VP of Sales - Sports & Entertainment is responsible for leading business development and sales strategy for PSEG. This individual will be charged with expanding our footprint in the venue, events, and sports markets, developing strong relationships with venue operators and ownership groups, and driving high-margin growth across key national accounts.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who understands the unique challenges of venue-based operations, has strong industry relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group (PSEG), focused on driving new client acquisition and sustainable revenue growth. </li><li>Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers at stadiums, arenas, convention centers, sports franchises, entertainment venues, and third-party management firms. </li><li>Lead the full sales cycle-prospecting, qualifying, discovery, solution design, RFP responses, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and close. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to develop tailored, client-centric service solutions. </li><li>Represent PSEG as a thought leader at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums (e.g., IAVM, ALSD, Sports ETA). </li><li>Stay up to date on trends and challenges impacting venue operations (e.g., labor models, sustainability, fan experience) to ensure PSEG offerings remain competitive. </li><li>Lay the foundation for future team expansion by developing scalable processes, tools, and go-to-market playbooks. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., IAVM, IFMA) a plus. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of senior-level sales experience, ideally within sports, live entertainment, large venue operations, or facility services. </li><li>Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder contracts with Fortune 500 brands, public agencies, and/or high-profile venues. </li><li>Understanding of venue operations, event-driven staffing requirements, and the demands of high-traffic, time-sensitive environments. </li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong executional focus and the ability to work autonomously. </li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels of an organization. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and sales enablement tools. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on opportunity volume and event schedules. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + performance-based incentive plan </li><li>Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) </li><li>Paid vacation and holidays </li><li>Ancillary benefits including life insurance, LTD, FSA, and dependent care </li><li>401(k) plan with company match </li><li>Opportunity to grow with a nationally recognized leader in facility services </li></ul> <p>Join Us</p> <p>Join Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group and help shape the future of facility services for the nation's most iconic venues.
