This role will lead critical forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable operating at scale.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. </li><li>Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including monthly performance reviews, board materials, and variance analyses. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with business and operational leaders to drive financial accountability and identify opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor relations activities. </li><li>Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to align actuals with forecasts and ensure financial accuracy. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities. </li><li>Leverage Oracle and advanced Excel skills to build and enhance reporting tools and analyses. </li><li>(Nice to have) Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms for data visualization and reporting. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. </li><li>7-10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience. </li><li>Experience working in a publicly traded company with revenues exceeding $10 billion required. </li><li>Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. </li><li>Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills. </li><li>Experience with Oracle (or a similar enterprise financial system). </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. </li><li>Highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and proactive problem solver. </li><li>Must be able to work on-site in Greenwich, CT. </li></ul> <p>What you'll earn</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>PTO, company holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Paid training and certifications </li><li>Legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
