In this role, the Manager will support the development and execution of data-driven initiatives to improve revenue performance across Frontier's commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Pricing & Revenue Management, Network Planning, Scheduling, Marketing, and Distribution to ensure commercial strategies are well-executed and aligned with Frontier's broader business objectives.</p> <p>This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within one of the leading low-cost/low-fare airlines in the world. The Manager will play a key role in surfacing insights, driving initiatives, and contributing to performance optimization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Analysis & Strategy, the Manager will be responsible for delivering strategic insights, supporting performance analytics, and coordinating initiatives that drive revenue growth.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability across the commercial portfolio. </li><li>Assist with the development of the company-wide revenue forecast, analyzing performance trends and identifying variances. </li><li>Deliver market-level analysis to identify untapped opportunities and support data-driven decision-making across Market Management teams. </li><li>Help facilitate the commercial business planning cycle, bringing in data and insights that highlight key opportunities and risks. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders in Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Marketing to ensure coordinated strategy and effective implementation. </li><li>Contribute to revenue-enhancing projects by supporting scoping, analysis, and project delivery. </li><li>Conduct analytical modeling and benchmarking to identify and evaluate commercial opportunities. </li><li>Partner with internal teams including IT, Customer Care, and Airport Operations to support implementation of scalable commercial solutions. </li><li>Track KPIs related to revenue performance and initiative success; assist in preparing reports and insights for senior leadership. </li><li>Support a culture of performance measurement, continuous improvement, and innovation across the Commercial team. </li><li>Contribute to cross-functional knowledge sharing, training, and process documentation to strengthen organizational capabilities. </li><li>Help foster a team culture rooted in curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and commercial discipline. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts by fostering technical expertise in data extraction, analysis, and storytelling, while cultivating a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning. </li><li>Drive team capability and performance by identifying skill gaps, implementing development plans, and ensuring analysts are equipped to generate impactful insights that inform business strategy. </li><li>Build a strong talent bench and succession pipeline by proactively identifying and nurturing future leaders, enabling long-term team scalability and organizational resilience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required </li><li>3-6 years of experience in a commercial, financial, or analytical role-preferably in the airline, travel, or transportation sectors. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations. </li><li>Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple departments. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience. </li><li>High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); experience with SQL or other analytical tools a plus. </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Equipment Operated</p> <p>Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled</p> <p>Physical Effort</p> <p>Generally, not required.</p> <p>Supervision Received</p> <p>General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.</p> <p>Salary Range: $110,114 - $146,157 annually</p> <p>Positions Supervised</p> <p>Analysts</p> <p>Workplace Policies</p> <p>Disclaimer: The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature and level of work required of the referenced position; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of individuals in this position.
