<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Retail Supervisors play a meaningful role at Pure Hockey. The Supervisor position provides an opportunity, in a leading retail setting, to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of others.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service. </li><li>Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures </li><li>Assist in the areas of merchandising, operations, sales and customer service </li><li>Partner with management to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations within the store, including but not limited to sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training. </li><li>Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively </li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by management </li><li>Other duties assigned by manager </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment </li><li>Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees </li><li>Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills </li><li>Experience using a computer and handheld devices </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance </li><li>Bonus Plan </li><li>Flexible Spending Plan </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Employee Discount </li></ul> <p>Salary: $16.80-$21.60</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$16.80-$21.60</p>
