If you are passionate about providing exceptional care for older adults and want to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact, we want YOU to join us!</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program </li><li>Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia </li><li>Current CPR certification </li><li>One year of experience in medical/surgical, long-term care, or Assisted Living preferred </li><li>Experience working with older adults preferred </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct care to residents </li><li>Assist with resident assessments and report any changes in condition </li><li>Communicate with physicians to update care plans when needed </li><li>Administer medications and treatments and document all care </li><li>Help coordinate pharmacy services for residents </li><li>Supervise nursing staff when serving as Charge Nurse </li><li>Monitor residents and ensure proper documentation is completed </li><li>Conduct rounds to ensure care and policies are being followed </li><li>Respond to emergency situations and document appropriately </li></ul>
