<p>Job#: 3023892</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The SAP SD/Logistics Business Systems Senior Analyst is a key role in the ERP Applications function of Titan America IT with prime responsibilitiy the implementation of business requirements in SAP S/4HANA SD & Logistics module areas and the efficient operation, maintenance and support of business processes in Sales & Distribution. The SAP SD/Logistics Business Systems Analyst is a hands-on role and reports directly to the ERP Apps Director.</p> <p>Prerequisites</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time/regular, on-site position. </li><li>Candidates will have to either be local or willing to relocate to Norfolk, VA or Deerfield Beach, FL or Roanoke, VA. </li><li>US Citizens or Green Card holders. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <p>a. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.</p> <p>b. 6-7 years of SAP S/4HANA SD/Logistics operation and/or configuration</p> <p>c. 6-7 years translating business requirements into functional specifications</p> <p>d. Proven excellent collaboration with Business System Users at all levels</p> <p>e. Good understanding of Sales, Logistics Movements, Customer Contracts etc. business processes</p> <p>f. Good understanding of the integration across S/4HANA SD/Logistics and FI/MM modules</p> <p>g. Good knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary in SAP S/4HANA SD/Logistics area</p> <p>h. Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> <p>i. Willingness to learn Titan America business and grow technically and functionally</p> <p>j. Excellent team collaborator</p> <p>Prefered Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>S/4HANA experience in a Process Manufacturing environment. </li><li>Good understanding of the intercompany business processes </li><li>Experience in SAP integration with internal and/or external systems (monitoring, support and overall maintenance) </li><li>Prior Project management responsibility experience in SAP projects in Sales & Distribution </li><li>SAP code debuging and basic programming skills </li><li>Knowledge/exposure to any CRM system and processes. </li><li>Familiarity with TA SD/Logistics environment a plus </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure effective operation of all SAP S/4HANA SD/Logistics processes supporting Titan America business. </li><li>Monitor and support SD/Logistics functionality in SAP S/4HANA </li><li>Registration, prioritization, resolution and delivery of solutions following change requests or projects </li><li>Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements related directly and/or indirectly to SD/Logistics area </li><li>System configuration and implementation of solutions in the SD/Logistics area of SAP S/4HANA in collaboration with Group IT and external Managed Services. </li><li>Actively participate in requirements gathering. business analysis and solution design sessions </li><li>Ensure proper functioning of all related SAP configuration items and interfaces with external systems </li><li>Conduct unit and integration testing </li><li>Collaborate with all IT members as part of a project team, work group or committee </li><li>Establish and manage relationships with business process owners and power users </li><li>Develop functional specifications documents </li><li>Provide second and third level support to business users </li><li>Train key/power business users </li><li>Build and prepare documentation and training material </li><li>Organize, facilitate meetings and produce comprehensible minutes </li></ul> <p>Travelling</p> <p>Light travelling (<25%), primarily domestic; some international traveling may be required.</p> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
