<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Develop, implement, and manage projects, grants, and other school administrative tasks.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>40% Responsible for project related purchases, budgets, and submission of required reports. Maintain files.</p> <p>30% Prepare budgets and financial project reports to funding agencies.</p> <p>20% Coordinate organizational activities as necessary. Develop and maintain school and grant files and electronic related databases. May train faculty in the use of electronic databases.</p> <p>10% Create marketing materials for projects, including brochures, advertisements, and social media.</p> <p>Additional Position Information:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Requires a minimum of 2 year's experience in data management. Experience with budget management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills required. Experience creating marketing materials.</p> <p>Leadership:</p> <p>No authority or responsibility for the supervision of others.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects.</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems.
