We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manager vendor purchase orders, product data submittals and shop drawing submittals </li><li>Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors (H&A Steel, Tilcon, Coreslab, Modern, etc.) </li><li>Verify work is installed per the plan and shop or working drawings </li><li>Develop pick and barge plans with management team </li><li>Document and work with Cost Engineer to track impacted RFIs, DICO and submittal review timelines </li><li>Work with Scheduler to manage appropriate schedule items and relationships </li><li>Develop Major Work packages to include installation plans, support engineering, production sheets, appropriate budgets, working drawings, etc. </li><li>Track productivity and provide weekly reports, update management of status </li><li>Assist safety with observations, corrections, and planning </li><li>Coordinate with QC for necessary testing and results </li><li>Manage/attend scope specific coordination meetings </li><li>Attend Foreman and Superintendent meetings daily </li><li>Manage timecards and cost coding </li><li>Report status on assigned scope to management team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of experience relevant to the type of work and the scope of the project and/or previous experience as an Engineer </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Please note we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</p> <p>We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, company paid long term disability insurance, paid holidays, and earned time off.</p> <p>To access different languages for the application process, click START YOUR APPLICATION.
