Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Opening start time at 4am required (or earlier in some restaurant locations) </li><li>Extremely dependable, punctual </li><li>Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong decision-making skills </li><li>Prepare, bake, and set up for next day's daily restaurant operations </li><li>Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas </li><li>Responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts </li><li>Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction </li><li>Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures </li><li>Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization </li><li>Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Desire to be a team member within a growing organization </li><li>Have a positive attitude, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in repetitive motions </li></ul>
