This position also utilizes a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.</p> <p>Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Verify accurate counts of products and supplies </li><li>Maintain proper rotation of ingredients and refrigerated/frozen food items </li><li>Load and unload trucks as necessary. </li><li>May be assigned other tasks associated with the warehouse operation and/or kitchen as needed </li><li>Stocks and organizes the warehouse. </li><li>Follows sanitation and safety guidelines. </li><li>Supervise and Direct Inmate Labor </li><li>Order Paper, Cleaning, tools, & Food products based on menus </li><li>Ensure delivery Vehicles are inspected </li><li>Oversee and Manage Drivers duties </li><li>Conduct daily and weekly inspections of areas </li><li>Conduct Inmate and staff training </li><li>Tool Control </li><li>Schedule Preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment </li><li>Support all deliveries to kitchens and orders </li><li>Reconcile weekly usage report </li><li>Other duties as determined by the needs of the business </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>1 year or more experience in a food service role.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>ServSafe Food Handler certification is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand for long periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with safety procedures as typical in a cafeteria or food service environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>TKC Holdings, Inc. offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Medical w/prescription coverage </li><li>Benefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
