<p>We are seeking a motivated and personable full-time Office Assistant/Leasing Specialist to assist the Property Manager in successfully leasing apartment homes.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Community and outreach marketing </li><li>Promoting positive resident relations </li><li>Maintaining a comfortable, top-notch living environment </li><li>Planning, facilitating, and attending resident social functions </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience in customer service-focused fields such as sales or hospitality </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>A Wisconsin State Real Estate license is required to earn commissions </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to interact with people in an articulate, professional, and friendly manner </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Administrative experience </li><li>Positive attitude and pleasant personality </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment </li></ul> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leasing:</p> <ul> <li>Field phone calls and emails from prospective residents </li><li>Schedule showings and answer questions </li><li>Become an expert on the property and market its features, amenities, location, and neighborhood </li><li>Process rental applications </li><li>Assist with leasing paperwork </li><li>Conduct follow-up calls and emails </li></ul> <p>Event Planning:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with scheduling and oversee any necessary set-up for events </li><li>Work with local establishments to foster positive neighborhood relationships </li><li>Assist prospective clients with envisioning the space, executing contracts, and addressing questions and concerns </li><li>Be present at events as a liaison for the property and assist clients with any needs </li><li>Support corporate outreach efforts and market the property to local organizations </li></ul> <p>General:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor third-party rental websites; edit and update to ensure accurate property listings </li><li>Support and comply with company rules and policies </li><li>Perform office-related administrative duties as assigned </li><li>Maintain resident and prospect files according to company standards </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings </li><li>Conduct daily inspections of common areas, vacant, and model apartments </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Flexible spending account </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Health savings account </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Professional development assistance </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>8-hour shift </li><li>Day shift </li><li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Weekends as needed </li></ul> <p>#BGDH</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour</p> <p>Expected hours: 40 per week</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>8 hour shift </li><li>Day shift </li><li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Weekends as needed </li></ul>
