<p>Job Title: Water Aerobics Instructor (Evenings & Mondays), Jim & Heather Gills Branch YMCA</p> <p>Description: The Jim & Heather Gills YMCA in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water exercise classes. This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work evenings & Mondays. </li><li>Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics, or prior experience leading water aerobics classes. </li><li>CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives. </li><li>A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others. </li><li>Commitment to upholding the YMCA's core values. </li><li>Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test. </li></ul> <p>Pay & Perks: $22-$25 per class, based on experience.
