Collaboration fuels our innovation and drives our success. </li><li>Empowering Success: We believe in empowering our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of growth and achievement. </li><li>Nurturing Growth: Personal and professional growth isn't just encouraged; it's nurtured, supported, and celebrated. </li></ul> <p>Work Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Three 9:00 am - 5:00 pm shifts, Two 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm shifts, and every other Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm </li></ul> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Patient Care & Quality</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care by the nursing team.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the team to ensure a high quality patient experience</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct quarterly provider chart reviews to ensure compliance with documentation standards</p> </li></ul> <p>Staff Management & Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Recruitment to ensure appropriate level of staffing is maintained</p> </li><li> <p>Provide supervision, coaching, counseling, and recognition as appropriate to all clinical support team members</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and deliver training and retraining, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Process bi-weekly payroll, monitor time punches, and track PTO and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Complete semi-annual performance reviews for the clinical support team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Operations & Scheduling</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage monthly departmental schedules, including coverage for absences and vacations. </li><li>Manage provider and specialty scheduling, including the Saturday night program. </li><li>Remain available beyond regular hours for urgent departmental needs. </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Compliance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and vaccines for all locations, ensuring that exam rooms are appropriately stocked.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and monitor medication expiration lists; dispose of expired items and reorder as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, research, and implement process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the monitoring and improvement of relevant QI measures.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide assistance and support to the Director as needed to ensure smooth clinical and operational workflow.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>LPN license </li><li>Be part of the solution </li><li>Make a positive impact. </li><li>Continually look to improve. </li><li>Stay connected to the work. </li><li>Team player and strong communicator </li><li>Self-motivated for personal and professional growth </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$32 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a quarterly bonus of $1,000. </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off and Sick Time, ensuring you have the flexibility to recharge and rejuvenate. </li><li>8 Paid Holidays </li><li>403(b) Retirement Plan, setting you up for a secure future. </li><li>Short-term and Long-term disability </li><li>Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance </li></ul>
