This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical and mechanical background.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Perform electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on complex equipment.</p> <p>Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of 480V 3 phase electrical control circuits, 277 volt single phase, 208 volt 3 phase supply voltage, 110 volt ac, 24 volt ac/dc machine control wiring, wiring motor starter, breakers, relays, switches, motor control circuits, device control circuits and PLC control systems.</p> <p>Running EMT.</p> <p>Machinery and equipment installation to include ability to read blue prints, electrical schematics, welding and sheet metal fabrication.</p> <p>Perform preventative maintenance as required on all systems and equipment.</p> <p>Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance.</p> <p>Skills, knowledge & expertise</p> <ul> <li>Qualified applicants must be at least 18 yrs old and hold a high school diploma or GED. </li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical experience preferably in a manufacturing/production environment. </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow. </li><li>Flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. </li><li>Advanced Vocational training in areas such as Industrial Maintenance and Electrical. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Use Ladders. </li><li>Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to 10 hrs per day. </li><li>Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather. </li></ul> <p>Trinidad Benham Corporation is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
