Experience as an elementary school teacher is preferred.</p> <p>District Information:</p> <p>District 62 has approximately 4,700 students in grades preK-8 in 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 1 early learning center, and 1 year-round, K-8 school.</p> <p>Compensation Information:</p> <p>District 62 substitute teachers earn $165 per day if they hold an Illinois PEL and $155 per day if the hold a substitute license. Annual bonuses are given based on the number of days worked.
