Come, stay, and grow with us.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</p> <p>As the Manager, Area Sales for Advanced Distributor Products, you will be responsible for a team of Sales Representatives who manage relationships and sell to our Distributor customers. You will play a key role in driving accountability, performance, and developing your sales team to be able to effectively represent the ADP brand. This job requires travel up to 75% of the time to visit ADP's customers.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</p> <p>This Manager, Area Sales will be responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area.</p> <p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage a team of field sales professionals and inside sales support to achieve sales targets and grow the ADP brand in the Northeast United States. </li><li>Offer guidance, coaching, and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles and meet individual and team goals. </li><li>Proactively engage with customers, field sales team, product team, and factory team to build product strategies and growth plans for distributor customers. </li><li>Develop and nurture strong relationships with distributors within the region. Regularly engage with them to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. </li><li>Present periodic reports and updates to senior management regarding ADP sales performance, field needs, and market insights. </li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. </li><li>Set sales targets and performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure their success. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Requires at least 8 years of related experience </li><li>Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time </li><li>Requires expert or specialized knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques. </li><li>Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction </li><li>Expert in written and verbal communication </li><li>Requires HVAC industry and product knowledge </li><li>Experience in the Two-Step Distribution Model preferred. </li><li>Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER:</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The total compensation range for this position is $106,250 - $131,250 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.</p> <p>Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.</p> <p>Our Culture:At Lennox, our Core Values of Integrity, Respect & Excellence are ingrained in the fabric of the organization.
