<p>GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Caleb Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager (RPM) to manage a portfolio of affordable housing developments throughout New England. This position requires travel.</p> <p>The RPM is responsible for management oversight, maximizing revenue, maintaining positive resident relations, implementing policies/procedures and ensuring properties are meeting key performance indicators as established by The Caleb Group. This position reports to the Director of Property Management (DPM).</p> <ul> <li>Required Travel 50% to 75% </li><li>Experience as a supervisor of multi-family housing or five (5) years' experience as a manager of multi-family housing. </li><li>Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies, and Fair Housing policies affecting low-income, Section 8 property management. </li><li>Experience generating property budgets and managing affordable housing developments, including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties. </li><li>Knowledge of financial management. </li><li>Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions. </li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative manner and in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to define and solve problems. </li><li>Ability to understand and respect values, attitudes, and beliefs that differ across cultures and to respond appropriately to these differences with participants in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services. </li><li>Exposure to/familiarity with community organizations, services, and programs. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi. </li><li>Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license) </li></ul> <p>Apply Here</p> <p>PI270111017</p>
