If you thrive in collaborative environments, challenge the status quo, and enjoy solving complex problems, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers to enhance the experimentation platform </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain systems that support experiment configuration and orchestration </li><li>Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning </li><li>Influence technical and product direction through thoughtful decision-making </li><li>Continuously grow by working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing* 4-7 years of experience in software engineering </li><li>Strong background in full-stack development, especially in building experimentation platforms </li><li>Familiar with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation workflows </li><li>Experienced in building scalable backend services and APIs </li><li>Proficient in PHP, Python, or Java </li><li>Skilled in MySQL or similar relational databases and effective data modeling </li><li>Comfortable with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Git, and Linux-based environments </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience contributing to experimentation platforms (not just using them) </li><li>Self-starter with a delivery-focused mindset and pride in meeting deadlines </li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring systems like Prometheus or Grafana </li><li>Exposure to front-end technologies such as React </li><li>Experience with data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery), ETL processes, and orchestration tools like Airflow </li></ul>
