It has features such as app distribution, remote control, and inventory gathering. These components consist of cloud-based functionality communicating with a Neurons agent that runs on the customer's hardware. This agent hosts engines that support the various features and controls the work done on the agent.</p> <p>About The Team</p> <p>You'll be joining a highly skilled, DevOps development team. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and customer impact. The team focusses on the inventory, remote control, app distribution and OS deployment functionality in the Neurons environment. The team also delivers frequent and stable releases for our customers.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As a Staff Windows Software Engineer on the Neurons team, you will be tasked with solving complex problems and architecting simple solutions for our customer's needs. Part of your time you will be maintaining/updating existing code and libraries. You will also be working with other teams to integrate and support other features in Neurons.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop Unified Endpoint Management features for Ivanti Neurons. </li><li>Ensure agent reliability, security, and performance with minimal impact on endpoints. </li><li>Drive platform stability through troubleshooting and deep investigation of critical issues. </li><li>Champion DevOps and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of automation and iterative improvement. </li><li>Design and manage automated test and integration test suites for cloud and Windows agents. </li><li>Mentor and guide engineers through technical reviews, setting standards for quality and security. </li><li>Work closely with other cloud teams to support Azure integrations and deployments. </li><li>Author clear documentation and share knowledge across the global organization. </li></ul> <p>To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field </li><li>8 or more years of software development experience </li><li>Proven experience developing advanced solutions for the Windows OS (internals, I/O, security, services). </li><li>Deep expertise in modern C++, C#, and .NET (core). </li><li>Deep expertise in cloud UI technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React. </li><li>Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship experience. </li><li>Advanced understanding of DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud), preferably with Azure. </li><li>Strong background in Agile methodologies and facilitation of Agile processes. </li><li>High proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining automated and integration tests. </li><li>Proficient with Git/GitHub and other collaborative development tools. </li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Self-motivated and adaptable; thrives in a distributed, remote environment. </li></ul> <p>Why Ivanti?</p> <ul> <li>Friendly flexible working model: Empower excellence whether you're at home or in the office and support work-life balance. </li><li>Competitive compensation & total rewards: Including health, wellness, and financial plans tailored for you and your family. </li><li>Global, diverse teams: Collaborate with talented people from 23+ countries. </li><li>Learning & Development: Grow your skills with access to best-in-class learning tools and programs. </li><li>Equity & belonging: We value every voice.
