<p>SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a hard-working individual to assume a position as an Engineering Technician on the Test Engineering team. This role is ideal for a motivated team player with a strong aptitude for learning and technical problem-solving.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing collected data in software tools such as MATLAB or Minitab </li><li>Participating in team-based environments for large systems </li><li>Performing integration and testing of new designs </li><li>Generating SQL to collect and analyze manufacturing data </li><li>Perform test station maintenance and repair </li><li>Troubleshooting test hardware and software </li><li>Providing support for production programs </li><li>Generating documentation such as work plans and test reports </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent and training from a technical trade school or military technical school and 5+ years related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical specialty such as electronics technology and 0+years related experience </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to maintain accurate electronic records </li><li>Routine and frequent lifting of 50 pounds or more with or without reasonable accommodations </li><li>Must have solid computer skills to include MS Office and Internet browsers </li></ul> <p>Ways to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Possess hands-in experience with RF test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum and network analyzers, and RF power meters </li><li>Experience with hardware troubleshooting </li><li>Experience with reading schematics, including RF theory and operation </li><li>Possess mechanical aptitude and have small tool skills </li><li>Experience with printed circuit card assemblies (PCAs) </li><li>Desire to learn new SW programming languages such as LabVIEW or TestStand </li><li>Experience working with programming and databases </li><li>Excellent time management skills and attention to details </li><li>Previous internship experience and interest in pursuing a bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>What Sets Us Apart?</p> <p>SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products.
