You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.</p> <p>What You'll Deliver</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own business-critical platform capabilities spanning Salesforce-centric workflows across Sales, Renewals, Partner, Support, and Finance use cases</p> </li><li> <p>Develop deep product knowledge and act as the voice of the market and customer across the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze market segments and partner with leadership to prioritize opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Own and maintain a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals</p> </li><li> <p>Define product positioning in collaboration with product marketing, sales, and customer success</p> </li><li> <p>Create clear, detailed user stories and requirements rooted in real customer problems</p> </li><li> <p>Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies to drive predictable delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Track releases, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product discovery, feature development, and sunsetting legacy solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Use competitive and win/loss analysis to inform product and process improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to address market threats</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>Must-haves:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical aptitude and passion for building high-quality products</p> </li><li> <p>Metrics-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable direction</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage competing priorities, make clear trade-offs, and communicate constraints effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable engaging a wide range of stakeholders and proactively seeking input</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, M365, Teams, and Salesforce</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-haves:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in legal or legal technology environments, including document management systems and/or M365 </li></ul> <p>What You'll Experience.</p> <ul> <li>Team. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
