<p>Duties</p> <p>Aviston Elementary School District #21 is seeking motivated applicants who demonstrate strong teaching skills, exceptional organization, appropriate classroom management, and a team mentality.</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>? Develop and maintain engaging daily lesson plans based on district curriculum, and core/state standards.</p> <p>? Assess and monitor student progress and intervene appropriately using research-based interventions.</p> <p>? Maintain accurate and regular grade records and report student progress to parents and administration as required.</p> <p>? Provide quality instruction that includes differentiated learning experiences for the range of skill level and developmental needs of the students.</p> <p>? Coordinate with other teachers and administration to provide educational opportunities and communications that benefit student learning.</p> <p>? Utilize relevant technology to support and enhance instruction.</p> <p>? Maintain consistent contact with parents/caregivers regarding classroom activities, student progress and needs.</p> <p>?
