This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in researching new services and products in the L&D sector, understanding organizational needs, learning about our current and potential Learning Management Systems (LMS), event planning and coordination, and developing leadership skills through active contributions in meetings.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Assist with classroom scheduling and preparation to ensure smooth training sessions. </li><li>Participate in the "Walk a Mile" shadowing program, gaining insights into different roles within the organization. </li><li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Wavemakers events to foster team engagement and development. </li><li>Assess learning gaps and needs for the upcoming generation of team members and contribute ideas for new classes and training programs. </li><li>Conduct research on new LMS options and professional development and compliance vendors, and propose actionable recommendations based on findings. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Leadership, or Organizational Development. </li><li>Strong curiosity and a passion for learning, with a desire to engage actively in team activities. </li><li>A solid work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and contribute in a supportive role. </li></ul>
