<p>Wellabe is seeking a hybrid Product Configuration Administrator that will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the integrity of our insurance policy administrative systems. As a superuser and key technical resource, this person will support system configuration, testing, and business collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions. Position level will be determined based on individuals' skill, knowledge, and experience. This role focuses on configuring insurance products within our administrative systems - without programming or development work. And strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in teams of technical and highly non-technical individuals. </li><li>Level 1: General knowledge of the principles, processes, and practices related to insurance product configuration. Basic proficiency in technology support tools such as Microsoft Excel (including create/update formulas and formatting) and Word. </li><li>Level 2: Working knowledge of the principles, processes, and practices related to product configuration of health and life insurance products. Proficient in technology support tools such as Microsoft Excel (Lookup functions and moderately complex formulas) and Word. When system modification is needed can write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development team with an appropriate amount of detail. </li><li>Level 3: Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes, and practices related to product configuration of health and life insurance products; including SQL for querying and analyzing data, general understanding of databases, understanding needs/requirements, and ability to influence stakeholder decisions based on system capabilities. Moderately advanced proficiency in technology support tools such as Microsoft Excel (Lookup functions, pivot tables and moderately complex formulas) and Word. </li></ul> <p>Education (All Levels):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
