Join us and become part of an inclusive team.</p> <p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our client is an investment management company and they are now looking for an HR Generalist.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$45/hr - $50/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, with specific experience in employee relations investigations, terminations, and supporting a large non-exempt employee population.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary resource for employee questions and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed. </li><li>Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and termination support. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for investigations, performance actions, and terminations. </li><li>Provide guidance on company policies, ensuring HR processes and communications are clear, current, and compliant. </li><li>Support compensation and talent management activities, including annual surveys and related initiatives. </li><li>Assist with HR operations such as benefits, payroll, recruiting coordination, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Promote a positive, professional work environment while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to employment laws. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the HR Generalist:</p> <ul> <li>Employee relations experience including investigations. </li><li>Experience with terminations. </li><li>Experience working with a large non-exempt employee base (real estate, hospitality, retail, maintenance-related industries). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the HR Generalist:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with UKG is a plus. </li><li>Ability to learn new technology and software. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off). </li></ul>
