In short, We Care F.I.R.S.T.!</p> <p>Becklar is seeking a driven and collaborative HR Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team as well as helping us grow our amazing culture. You will seek to provide quality support in recruiting, process our licensing requirements, managing cultural events, onboarding new team members, and be the HR liaison for the facility.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in other recruiting tasks as needed </li><li>Prepare/coordinate events e.g., holiday celebrations, employee recognition events, service awards, community support </li><li>Prepare announcements and posts for upcoming celebrations </li><li>Process terminations, HRIS changes, and other paperwork as needed </li><li>Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations </li><li>Work with managers and supervisors on quickly resolving questions and concerns </li><li>Respond to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters </li><li>Process state licensing as required per state law </li><li>Provide customer service support to internal and external customers </li><li>Assist in off-boarding efforts through updating records </li></ul> <p>Skills Needed:</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a college or university or a recent graduate </li><li>Pursuing a degree in HR or business-related field </li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook email </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work a full time in a office setting </li></ul>
