There is no better time than now!</p> <p>At Miller Pipeline you will gain:</p> <ul> <li>Growth opportunities for career advancement (Grow Here at Miller Pipeline); </li><li>Competitive wages and industry-leading benefits; </li><li>A team-oriented atmosphere centered around our core values of Safety, Quality, Commitment, and Reputation (Our Core Values); </li><li>On-the-job work and safety training; </li><li>Employee recognition programs, Employee Care Fund, and more (also see Annual Company Picnics). </li></ul> <p>Take a look at our field work by watching the Day In The Life video.</p> <p>We are searching for qualified candidates in New Berlin, WI to assist in the concrete restoration, repair, maintenance, construction, installation and reconditioning of natural gas distribution pipelines.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities are:</p> <ul> <li>Setting up forms. </li><li>Mix, pour or place concrete. </li><li>Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber. </li><li>Spread and smooth concrete. </li><li>Apply finishing coat. </li><li>Properly lift tools, objects, and equipment of varying weight. </li><li>Tamp soil and asphalt. </li><li>Shovel waste material, soil, and cold patch asphalt mix. </li><li>Operate vehicles used for hauling. </li><li>Assist in the demolition, take-up, and reconditioning of hard surfaces. </li><li>Backfill trenches. </li><li>Score and break asphalt or concrete with a jackhammer. </li><li>Clean up backfilled trench areas. </li><li>Strategically place traffic warning signs and cones. </li><li>Work with materials of varying chemical compounds. </li><li>Travel frequently within the region for work assignments. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications are:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years' experience in lieu of education will be considered. </li><li>1 year of outdoor work or manual labor experience. </li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li><li>Clean driving record and a DOT physical or ability to obtain one upon employment (reimbursed upon hire). </li><li>Professional or personal use of hand tools. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications are:</p> <ul> <li>CDL preferred but not required before employment. </li><li>1+ year concrete restoration experience. </li></ul> <p>Connect with us on Social Media!
