SDRs work directly with prospective customers to validate insurance inquiries and prepare them for conversations with our licensed sales agents.</p> <p>This role is designed for motivated salespeople who want to develop their skills, learn the insurance industry, and earn the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent.</p> <p>Top-performing SDRs can move into a Licensed Sales Agent role, where they advise customers, quote policies, and earn commission. Savvy supports this transition by covering licensing costs and providing training.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As an SDR, you'll be the first human touchpoint for customers shopping for insurance.
