<p>Piper Companies is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join a highly reputable investment management firm located in Wayne, PA.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements, design, integration, testing, and deployment coordination. </li><li>Coordinate meetings and communicate status updates effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. </li><li>Develop and implement business process automation </li><li>Perform data analysis and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with expertise in documenting business and technical requirements. </li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse projects </li><li>Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx) and familiarity with AI-driven solutions. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively. </li><li>Bonus: Python fluency, Tableau experience, and knowledge of Asset Management/Mutual Funds </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary: $100,000 - $135,000 </li><li>Requires onsite availability M-Th </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 12/15/2025.
