This role drives consistency across channels while enhancing engagement through data-informed decision-making and continuous optimization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and execution of external communications for agents, vendors, and key partners </li><li>Develop and distribute clear, consistent, and timely agent communications, including bulletins </li><li>Manage catastrophe (CAT) communications with accuracy and responsiveness during critical events </li><li>Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, product collateral, and more </li><li>Maintain and optimize website content to align with brand standards and business priorities </li><li>Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all marketing channels </li><li>Enhance digital performance by improving mobile responsiveness, usability, and customer experience </li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to increase digital engagement </li><li>Lead promotional product initiatives including design, sourcing, and ordering </li><li>Coordinate distribution of CAT-related materials for field operations and insurance villages </li><li>Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing deliverables </li><li>Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to uncover trends and insights </li><li>Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements </li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outcomes </li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in corporate or insurance environments </li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities </li><li>Experience with website content management, digital marketing, and social media platforms </li><li>Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally </li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Communication: Clear, effective communicator with strong presentation and listening skills </li><li>Innovation: Creative thinker who embraces new ideas and adapts to change </li><li>Initiative: Proactive and driven to see projects through to completion </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Leverages technology to enhance performance and efficiency </li><li>Organization: Strong time management and ability to maintain structured workflows </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
