<p>Job Description</p> <p>A Busser - known as Table Support at Eataly - communicates with and assists food servers to maintain efficient service and create a memorable guest experience. Reports to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.</p> <ul> <li>Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house, including all tables, chairs, floors, dining areas and service stations </li><li>Pours and refills beverages as requested by guests, including tap water, bottled water, juice and sodas </li><li>Serves and replenishes bread and olive oil to guests if requested </li><li>Communicates with hosts and servers to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction </li><li>Removes dirty dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table </li><li>Clears tables and brings used dishes, silverware and glassware to prescribed areas in service station </li><li>Replaces used dishes and silverware for next course and resets vacated tables </li><li>Adheres to all standard steps of service as instructed by department </li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned </li></ul> <p>Hourly Rate: $15.00 plus Tips</p>
