With the majority of our management team starting as entry-level employees, you can feel confident in knowing Auto Glass Now is investing in your career growth.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading a team and growing sales in our local markets throughout the East Coast.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Development and training of Sales Managers and Sales Reps on Auto Glass Now offerings</p> </li><li> <p>Implement strategy to grow and strengthen our network of insurance agents, dealerships and fleet accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with operations to ensure service delivery for our customers</p> </li><li> <p>Oversight of client issue resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Support new store openings by engaging sales teams to drive sales activity to boost new store sales ramp</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Establish sales priorities, action plans and deliver/exceed on sales goals</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Auto Glass Now by attending and participating in territory client functions</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with key clients</p> </li><li> <p>Develop relationships with key agency accounts and leadership</p> </li><li> <p>In field training and coaching</p> </li><li> <p>Creation of training, marketing, and presentation materials</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years auto glass or related experience calling on insurance agencies and/or fleet clients preferred</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and grow sales team</p> </li><li> <p>Quickly establishes trust and builds relationships with clients</p> </li><li> <p>A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pivot and adapt to a changing environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinker</p> </li><li> <p>Travel required</p> </li></ul> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p>#LI-SN1</p> <p>#DBCORP</p> <p>#REMOTE</p>
